Provide clear photos of the product and invoice
Once approved, return the product using any local courier service
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a replacement or refund

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days
Refunds are sent via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our end
